Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with our brand goals and audience needs
- Create engaging, on-brand content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, etc.)
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement
- Track performance metrics and turn insights into actionable improvements
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to support campaigns
- Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats
- Build relationships with influencers, creators, and brand partners when relevant
Requirements
- A strong understanding of social platforms and what makes content perform
- A creative mindset with the ability to turn ideas into scroll?stopping content
- Experience using analytics tools to measure and optimise performance
- Excellent writing skills and an eye for visual storytelling
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where ideas move quickly
- A proactive, curious, and collaborative approach
