Position Overview:
- We are seeking a mid-level Social Media Specialist who is both a strategic thinker and a creative powerhouse.
- In this role, you will manage the social media presence of a dedicated client, leveraging your expertise to develop and execute engaging strategies that meet their goals.
- You will be a key player in content creation and community management, driving growth and engagement across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Design stunning visuals (static and animated) using advanced Canva skills.
- Create captivating video content with trendy music, sound effects, and color grading using CapCut.
- Develop high-quality, original content (text, images, videos) based on strategy and brand assets.
Social Media Strategy:
- Stay current with social media trends and best practices to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with our team to develop data-driven social media strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and report on campaign effectiveness, recommending adjustments as needed.
Client Management:
- Manage the client's social media calendar, scheduling high-impact content across various platforms.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages, ensuring a positive and engaging brand experience.
- Ensure all content undergoes a quality assurance involving project manager and SME approval process before posting to maintain brand consistency and meet high standards.
- Communicate effectively with the project manager, managing project expectations and meeting timelines as the primary point of contact for the assigned social media presence.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of success in managing client accounts.
- Advanced proficiency in Canva, with demonstrated ability to create exceptional graphic and motion designs, and basic video edits.
- Expertise in CapCut for video editing, including the use of trendy beats, sound effects, and color grading.
- Strong understanding of social media best practices and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences and platforms.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A keen understanding of design psychology and how design elements influence user behavior and engagement on social media.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with brand guidelines.
