Responsibilities
- Developing Social Media Strategy: Creating a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Content Creation: Developing and curating high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos, etc.) for social media platforms.
- Platform Management: Managing and maintaining the organization's presence on various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Content Calendar: Planning and scheduling content in advance using a content calendar to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Engagement and Community Building: Responding to comments, messages, and reviews on social media, and building a community around the organization's brand.
- Influencer Collaboration: Identifying, partnering with, and managing influencers to expand the organization's reach and credibility.
- Paid Social Media Advertising: Developing and executing paid social media advertising campaigns to achieve specific goals (e.g., lead generation, conversions, brand awareness).
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics (e.g., engagement rates, follower growth, conversions) to measure the success of social media campaigns and providing regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Social Media Monitoring: Tracking brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity on social media to stay informed and identify opportunities.
- Staying Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Keeping current with the latest social media platform features, algorithms, and best practices to ensure the organization's social media strategy remains effective and innovative.
- Team Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, communications, customer service) to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of social media efforts.
- Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Managing social media budgets and allocating resources effectively to achieve strategic objectives.
- Crisis Management: Developing and implementing social media crisis management plans to mitigate potential reputational damage.
- Training and Education: Providing training and education to internal stakeholders on social media best practices, platform features, and organizational social media policies.
- Social Media Policy Development: Developing and maintaining organizational social media policies and guidelines to ensure brand consistency and mitigate risk.
