Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities in the wellness and healthcare industry.
  • Oversee brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across digital platforms, print materials, and events.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Oversee content creation and promotional campaigns to drive customer engagement and lead generation.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for specific services, including IVF infusions and holistic wellness programs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with affiliates, distributors, media partners, and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and medical professionals, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze marketing data to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring costefficient allocation of resources.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, market trends, and customer insights.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years (post NYSC) proven experience in marketing, preferably within the wellness, healthcare, or medical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, and market research.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to use data analytics for informed decisionmaking.
  • Creativity and innovation in campaign development.
