Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end technical delivery process, ensuring the successful deployment of solutions, managing development initiatives, and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be a hands-on technical lead with a comprehensive deployment skill set and a proven track record in delivering complex integration and development IT projects.

Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

  • Provide hands-on technical leadership, guiding development teams in implementing robust enterprise solutions.
  • Oversee the technical aspects of implementation projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Implementation Engineering

  • Act as senior implementation engineer for team of IE’s (encompasses integration build, solution architecture, Infrastructure reviews, etc)

Deployment Management:

  • Lead deployment operations, ensuring efficient deployment processes.

Service/ support Delivery management:

  • Monitor and enhance customer service delivery, ensuring timely and effective support.
  • Address customer issues and feedback, working towards continuous improvement in service quality.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external technical stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Quality Assurance:

  • Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and performance of delivered solutions.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in technical leadership and support delivery within the IT industry. (IT consulting and FSI experience preferred)

Skills:

  • Programming Languages: Proficient in 2 or more languages
  • Operating Systems: Extensive experience with Linux and other relevant operating systems. A must
  • Database Management: Strong database management skills, including [e.g., MySQL, MongoDB].
  • Troubleshooting: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Scripting: Proficient in scripting languages such as [e.g., Python, Bash].
  • Networking: Solid understanding of networking principles and protocols.
  • Cybersecurity: Knowledge of cybersecurity applications preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong background in SRE, integrations and DevOps
  • Version Control: Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Implementation Management: Experience in overseeing deployment processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and implement effective solutions.
  • 6+ years experience similar role.
