Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Technical IT Support professional with 3-5 years of experience to provide technical assistance and support for our IT infrastructure.
- The successful candidate will be based in Abuja and will ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and support day-to-day IT needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues for staff and departments.
- Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Provide training and guidance to users on software and hardware usage.
- Manage IT inventory and ensure timely upgrades or replacements.
- Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar).
- Experience in agriculture-related IT systems is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in a range of operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS) and network configurations.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.

- Must have completed NYSC.
