 - As we scale, we’re looking for a Technical Support Lead who will lead our technical direction — someone who can turn creative ideas into functional, high-performing systems, platforms, and tools that power our operations and elevate our clients’ experiences.
  
 About the Role
  - The Technical Support Lead will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of One Box Media’s operations — from managing the company’s digital infrastructure to implementing tools that enhance creativity, efficiency, and communication.
  - You’ll work closely with the management team to shape the company’s technological roadmap, guide the development team, and ensure seamless collaboration between internal teams and clients.
  - This role is ideal for a technically savvy, innovative, and solution-oriented leader who thrives at the intersection of creativity and technology.
  
 Key Responsibilities
  - Oversee the company’s technical operations, including digital tools, workflow systems, and media infrastructure.
  - Lead the design, development, and implementation of tech-driven solutions that improve performance and project delivery.
  - Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to translate business goals into digital and technical strategies.
  - Ensure data security, platform stability, and smooth system integrations.
  - Manage technical vendors, software subscriptions, and IT resources.
  - Supervise the development and maintenance of the company website, client portals, and digital products.
  - Identify and integrate emerging technologies that enhance productivity and client experience.
  - Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical team members and clients.

  - Excellent communication and leadership skills — able to translate tech language into business outcomes.
  - Experience managing technical teams, platforms, and cross-functional projects.
  - Familiarity with media, marketing, or creative tech industries is a strong plus.
  
 Preferred Qualifications
  - Master’s degree or certifications in IT Leadership, Systems Engineering, or related field.
  - Experience in SaaS, digital product development, or cloud management.
