JOB PURPOSE 

The new position will focus on technical support across organization’s IT operations.

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Office 365 Administration
  • Sharepoint Designs and Administrations.
  • Network Troubleshooting and User Support.
  • Digital Device Support and Troubleshooting
  • System Administration and Infrastructure deployment

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of Bsc/HND degree in related field. 
  • Preferable with at least 2 to 3 years’ experience in related industry is a plus. 
  • Microsoft Certifications, CisCo or any other Network Certifications, 
  • Sharepoint Designs and Administrations
  • Expertise in website design/management and content creation. 
  • Experience with complex data analytic such as Power BI, Python, google analytics e.t.c
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications Confident, enthusiastic, 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required 
  • Pleasant disposition with excellent interpersonal skills
