As part of the Mobility Business Technology team, you will:

  • Drive technological innovation to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Assess existing frameworks, identify areas for improvement, and support implementation of cutting-edge solutions.
  • Collaborate across departments and with external partners to integrate emerging technologies.
  • Provide technical insights, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Represent the organization in industry forums and technology partnerships, strengthening our innovation footprint.

Responsibilities

  • Research emerging technologies (IoT, AI, Blockchain, etc.) and evaluate their application within the mobility industry.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Identify, engage, and manage technology partners, negotiating agreements and integrating new solutions.
  • Develop and implement technology strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
  • Oversee or support the development and launch of new technology-driven products or features.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners for project success.
  • Establish performance metrics to measure the impact of technology initiatives.
  • Prepare progress reports and updates for senior management.
  • Provide training and knowledge-sharing on new technologies within the business.
  • Support business development by articulating the value of technology solutions to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Professional certifications such as ISACA, PMP, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Practical knowledge and experience with IoT, AI, AGI, Blockchain technology, systems, and API integration.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Demonstrated skills in customer relationship management, financial/technical analysis, and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of progressive experience in technology strategy, product development, or business intelligence.
