We are seeking a dynamic and experienced YouTube Channel Manager to lead the growth and development of our YouTube channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leveraging SEO strategies, implementing recommendations, and driving successful channel expansions. This role involves hands-on management of YouTube content, understanding the platform's algorithms, and the ability to lead a team effectively.
Responsibilities:
YouTube Strategy and Optimization:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive YouTube strategy to increase channel visibility, engagement, and subscriber base.
- Implement effective SEO techniques to enhance video discoverability.
Content Development and Management:
- Oversee the creation and optimization of engaging content that aligns with our brand and resonates with the target audience.
- Utilize analytics to make data-driven decisions for content improvement
- Demonstrate proficiency in YouTube automation tools and processes to streamline content creation and scheduling.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of content creators, editors, and other relevant roles.
- Foster a collaborative and creative working environment.
Channel Growth and Performance Analysis:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Brainstorm and present innovative ideas for new YouTube channels that align with our brand and target audience.
Qualifications:
