- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced YouTuber to create engaging content, grow our followership, and monetize our YouTube channel.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the YouTube platform, its algorithms, and best practices for content creation, optimization, and promotion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Content Creation: • Develop and produce high-quality, engaging, and informative video content that resonates with our target audience. • Conduct research, scriptwriting, and storyboard development to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and compelling.
- Channel Growth and Optimization: • Develop and implement strategies to grow our YouTube followership, increase engagement, and boost views. • Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to improve discoverability and clickthrough rates.
- Monetization: • Develop and implement strategies to monetize our YouTube channel, including sponsorships, merchandise sales, and affiliate marketing. • Ensure compliance with YouTube's monetization policies and guidelines.
- Content Management: • Manage and schedule content uploads, ensuring consistency and regularity.• Monitor and respond to comments, engaging with our audience and fostering a positive community.
- Analytics and Performance Tracking: • Monitor and analyze YouTube Analytics to track performance, identify trends, and inform future content strategies. • Adjust content and promotion strategies based on performance data to optimize results.
- Collaboration and Community Building: • Collaborate with other YouTubers, influencers, and industry experts to expand our reach and credibility. • Engage with our audience, respond to comments, and foster a positive and inclusive community.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience creating content on YouTube or other video sharing platforms.
- Proven track record of growing followership, increasing engagement, and monetizing a YouTube channel.
Skills:
- Excellent storytelling skills with video production and editing skills as an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of YouTube's algorithms, policies, and best practices.
- Ability to optimize video content for maximum discoverability and engagement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and community-building skills.
Equipment and Software:
- Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Familiarity with YouTube Analytics and other performance tracking tools.
NICE TO HAVE
- Education: • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Certifications: • YouTube Creator Academy certification or other relevant certifications.
Additional Skills:
