Job Description
- As a YouTube Content Creator and Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing compelling video content and digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
- You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to create content that highlights our properties, services, and industry expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, produce, and edit high-quality video content for our YouTube channel and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging, informative, and visually appealing video tours, property showcases, client testimonials, and educational content.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and the TechSphere Properties website.
- Optimize video content for search engines (SEO) and manage the YouTube channel to increase viewership and subscribers.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of video content and digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in video production and digital marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a YouTube Content Creator, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and creative skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
Salary
N150,000 monthly.
