Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in driver recruitment and training within the transportation industry.
  • Experience in B2B marketing within the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.
  • Knowledge of sustainability and green logistics branding strategies.
  • Certification in branding, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience in public relations and media outreach is a plus.
  • Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or corporate communications, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies.
  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing channels.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote logistics services, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Manage the company’s digital presence, including website, social media, and online advertising.
  • Create and manage content strategies, including blogs, case studies, and thought leadership articles.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, media, and influencers.
  • Analyze brand performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and lead generation.
  • Organize branding events, sponsorships, and trade show participation.
  • Ensure brand compliance in all internal and external communications.
  • Stay updated on emerging marketing technologies and trends in the logistics sector.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
