Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated brand marketing strategies for multiple clients
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Create brand positioning and messaging frameworks
- Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns from conception to execution, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
- Guide creative direction for brand campaigns and marketing material
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels: This includes SEO, social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and website analytics.
- Analyze campaign performance and metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Manage brand budget and resources.
- Present marketing plans and performance reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand marketing or a related field (experience in both brand strategy and hands-on marketing execution is highly desirable)
- Previous experience at a top advertising agency or a fast-paced, marketing-driven company is preferred.
- Proven track record of successful brand marketing campaigns and demonstrable results.
- Strong presentation, communication, and client/stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in consumer insights, market research, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms, CRM systems).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
