ipNX Nigeria Limited is a leading provider of infrastructure-based Telecommunications and Information Technology services here in Nigeria. Leveraging more than a decade of experience, the company was formed by the divestment of the telecommunications services division of Telnet Nigeria Limited and has been in operation for many years. ipNX currently provides a range of communications and IT services to Corporate organizations within Nigeria on its IP (Internet Protocol) based communications network using both radio and satellite communications technologies. As part of its growth strategy, ipNX seeks to also extend its services to small and medium sized businesses and residential customers. In the long term, ipNX has determined that it needs also to have a strategic presence in the wire line market to ensure that we will be able to provide future services, which require high bandwidth in the last mile.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze business processes to identify optimization, cost-saving, and revenue-enhancing opportunities.
- Elicit and align business requirements through interviews, workshops, and detailed documentation (SRS, SRD, user stories, mockups).
- Lead process discovery and re-engineering to design streamlined, measurable workflows.
- Implement automation using tools like n8n or Microsoft Power Automate to boost efficiency.
- Manage projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies, tracking progress with tools like Jira or Zoho Project.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment with IT solutions.
- Leverage data analytics to inform decisions and uncover impactful business trends.
What We’re Looking For:
- University degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Management, or related fields (minimum 2.2/Upper Credit).
- Professional certifications (ECBA, CCBA, CBPP) are a plus.
- Experience in requirements elicitation, business process modeling (BPMN, UML), and tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Familiarity with automation tools (n8n, Power Automate) and project management platforms (Jira, Zoho Project).
- Strong skills in communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies.
