- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s vision, especially in creative production and visual content delivery.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of photography and production studios, ensuring optimal scheduling, equipment use, and team coordination.
- Leverage photography expertise to guide the quality and consistency of visual content, ensuring brand aesthetics and storytelling.
- Lead cross-functional teams including photographers, editors, producers, and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring high-quality deliverables, timely project execution, and professional service.
- Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and cost-efficiency for photography projects and business units.
- Design and implement efficient workflows for image production, editing, delivery, and archiving to streamline creative operations.
- Support the CEO and sales team in identifying new markets and opportunities, especially in photography, media, and creative services.
- Recruit skilled photographers, editors, and creative staff while providing mentorship and training aligned with company standards.
Introduce and manage relevant photography technologies, editing software, and asset management systems to enhance output and innovation.
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Photography, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in operations, preferably in the photography or media industry.
Demonstrated success in managing teams and improving business operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer, Operations Manager, or a senior leadership role in the photography or creative industry.
- Strong understanding of photography, digital asset management, and trading platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to analyze business operations and develop improvement strategies.
Proficiency in business management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary: N600,000 per month
