Ceesolar is an indigenous company located in Jabi, Abuja. We specialize in four major business segments which are: Construction of Mini-grid, Commercial and Industrial Solar, Advisory and Consultancy Services & Energy systems deployment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their energy needs, and presenting tailored renewable energy solutions.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in target industries.
  • Conduct market research and adapt sales strategies to align with emerging trends.
  • Analyze the target audience to gain insights into their needs, preferences, and pain points, and tailor the sales approach based on this understanding.
  • Understand and present CEESOLAR’s financial and technical propositions to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to inform sales approaches.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate understanding of client requirements and seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value of CEESOLAR’s solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure favorable outcomes for both the client and CEESOLAR.
  • Provide post-sales support, addressing client inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree/ HND in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a sales management role within the renewable energy sector.
  • Goal oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial and industrial energy needs and trends in the renewable energy industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software for effective sales management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.
  • Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
