About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and engaging Community Manager to develop, grow, and nurture our online and offline communities. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between our brand and our audience, ensuring that members feel heard, valued, and connected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies that foster growth, loyalty, and positive interactions.
  • Monitor, moderate, and respond to community members across social media platforms, forums, and other online spaces.
  • Create and manage engaging content tailored to community needs and interests.
  • Gather feedback, track sentiment, and share insights with internal teams to improve products, services, and communication.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to align community initiatives with brand goals.
  • Manage crisis communication and resolve conflicts within the community in a timely, empathetic manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage authentically.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and community management software.
  • Creative mindset with excellent content writing skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with community-driven platforms (Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram).
  • Background in customer support, PR, or social media management.
  • Knowledge of WordPress, SEO and digital marketing strategies.
  • Passion for building meaningful connections and supporting a vibrant community.
