Role Summary:

  • As a Content Developer & Social Media Officer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging content and managing our social media presence. You will be responsible for creating compelling copy, designing visually appealing graphics, and implementing effective social media strategies to reach and engage our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

  • Develop high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, social media captions, and newsletters.
  • Conduct research to identify relevant topics and trends.
  • Ensure content aligns with our brand voice and messaging.
  • Create visually appealing graphics and designs using tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage our social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and reach.
  • Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Engage with our audience through comments, messages, and shares.

Community Building:

  • Foster a positive and engaged online community.
  • Respond to comments and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Organize online events or contests to increase interaction.

SEO Optimization:

  • Optimize content for search engines to improve visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research and incorporate relevant keywords into content.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS).
  • Creative and innovative mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
