Role Summary
- They are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content and Marketing Manager to lead their brand storytelling, digital marketing strategies and public relations efforts.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling content, enhancing brand awareness, managing communications, and coordinating a dynamic team to deliver impactful campaigns that support our mission in cross-border financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Content Development & Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company’s brand voice and business goals.
- Write, edit, and manage engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters, press releases, and more.
- Ensure consistency in style, tone, and messaging across all formats.
- Maintain an editorial content calendar, ensure brand consistency, support events and webinars and handle other duties as required.
Digital Marketing & Brand Awareness:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate high-quality leads.
- Oversee SEO and SEM initiatives. Monitor and analyze metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize performance.
Public Relations & Corporate Communications:
- Develop and manage the company’s PR strategy to build and maintain a positive public image.
- Draft press releases and media pitches, and manage media relations.
- Cultivate relationships with journalists and influencers.
- Manage crisis communications and coordinate thought leadership opportunities.
Team Leadership & Coordination:
- Lead and coordinate the activities of the social media manager, creative designer, and other marketing team members.
- Provide clear direction, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery. Conduct regular meetings and reviews.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer service teams to align messaging and support campaigns.
- Liaise with external vendors and agencies as needed.
Market Research & Trends:
- Stay informed on industry trends, audience behaviors, and competitors.
- Recommend innovative strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular reports on content performance, PR coverage, digital ROI, and brand metrics.
- Use insights to refine strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, mass communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, and public relations, ideally in financial services or fintech.
- Proven experience managing PR campaigns and social media/digital campaigns from start to finish.
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and analytics tools.
- Strong leadership, project management, and team coordination abilities.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and organized with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
