Role Summary

  • They are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content and Marketing Manager to lead their brand storytelling, digital marketing strategies and public relations efforts.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling content, enhancing brand awareness, managing communications, and coordinating a dynamic team to deliver impactful campaigns that support our mission in cross-border financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
Content Development & Management:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company’s brand voice and business goals.
  • Write, edit, and manage engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters, press releases, and more.
  • Ensure consistency in style, tone, and messaging across all formats.
  • Maintain an editorial content calendar, ensure brand consistency, support events and webinars and handle other duties as required.

Digital Marketing & Brand Awareness:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate high-quality leads.
  • Oversee SEO and SEM initiatives. Monitor and analyze metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize performance.

Public Relations & Corporate Communications:

  • Develop and manage the company’s PR strategy to build and maintain a positive public image.
  • Draft press releases and media pitches, and manage media relations.
  • Cultivate relationships with journalists and influencers.
  • Manage crisis communications and coordinate thought leadership opportunities.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

  • Lead and coordinate the activities of the social media manager, creative designer, and other marketing team members.
  • Provide clear direction, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery. Conduct regular meetings and reviews.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer service teams to align messaging and support campaigns.
  • Liaise with external vendors and agencies as needed.

Market Research & Trends:

  • Stay informed on industry trends, audience behaviors, and competitors.
  • Recommend innovative strategies to maintain competitive advantage.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Prepare and present regular reports on content performance, PR coverage, digital ROI, and brand metrics.
  • Use insights to refine strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, mass communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, and public relations, ideally in financial services or fintech.
  • Proven experience managing PR campaigns and social media/digital campaigns from start to finish.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and team coordination abilities.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and organized with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
