Job Description

  • As a content/media manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple brands and creating compelling written and visual content for various platforms.
  • Your role involves organizing content schedules, engaging with audiences, and ensuring brand reputation aligns with marketing objectives.
  • Develop and implement content strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition across diverse media channels. , curate, and coordinate engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Manage and monitor content distribution, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and interacting with the audience.
  • Analyze content performance metrics, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and emerging platforms in content creation and media management to keep the company's content strategy innovative and relevant.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and design, to align content efforts with the overall brand strategy.
  • Monitor industry conversations, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and address potential risks.
  • Utilize advertising platforms for content promotion and campaigns, ensuring optimal use of resources.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach and enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines for content creation and media management.

Qualifications / Recruitments

  • Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, BSc in a relevant field with 3 to 5 years of work experience.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills to create compelling content, engage with the audience, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Familiarity with graphic design and UI/UX principles is an added advantage.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret content metrics, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
  • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box for developing innovative and engaging content strategies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple platforms, schedules, and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and advertising platforms.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and their application to content and media strategies.
  • Customer service orientation to respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries.
  • Crisis management skills to handle negative feedback, manage online reputation, and address concerns effectively. Attention to detail to maintain brand consistency across all media channels.
