 Duties and Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of the creative team
  • Manage the prioritization and scheduling of the creative and content team’s workload using project and program management tools
  • Provide creative and strategic leadership to the team, for the company’s communication needs, including but not limited to,
    • Production of relevant content 
    • Media communication material development and adaptation.
    • Internal communication material development
    • Digital communication material for social and digital media (including our website)
    • Sales support material including, experiential marketing design, and production support
    • Corporate communications material for external deployment
  • Work with the Head of Marketing & Communications to develop and maintain a central communication guideline for Brand and its products as well as campaign-specific development and adaptation guidelines. 
  • Direct in-market content capture and development 
  • Drive continuous improvement and upskilling of the creative & Content team. 
  • Provide performance management and evaluation of the creative and content team. 

Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of integrated marketing communications and creative development experience including art direction, video production direction and management, strategic creative development and brand campaign development. 
  • Strong strategic thinking capability 
  • Creative team leadership experience
  • Strong prioritization, team coordination, and project management skills. Client management experience will be a bonus
  • Excellent communication and graphic design skills
  • Relevant work experience in FMCG, Retail business communications, corporate brand design & Consumer products 
  • Strong written and spoken knowledge of English
