Job Role
Creative Leadership:
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
- Set and maintain high creative standards, ensuring all work aligns with the agency's vision and objectives.
- Conceptualization and Ideation:
- Drive the development of innovative and impactful creative concepts that resonate with target audiences.
- Oversee the ideation process, from brainstorming sessions to final concept selection.
Campaign Development:
- Collaborate with account management and strategy teams to develop integrated campaigns that meet client objectives.
- Ensure creative solutions are aligned with strategic insights and deliver on client KPIs.
Design Direction:
- Provide guidance and direction to the design team, ensuring visual elements align with the creative vision.
- Review and approve creative assets, ensuring they meet quality and brand standards.
Client Presentations:
- Lead client presentations, effectively communicating creative concepts and strategies.
- Articulate the rationale behind creative decisions, addressing client feedback and concerns.
Trend Analysis and Innovation:
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and guide the team in pushing creative boundaries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Advertising, Fine Arts, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 6 years of proven experience in a creative leadership role within an advertising agency or related industry.
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of successful campaigns and projects.
- Proficient in industry-standard design and creative software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
