Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive advertising campaign strategies aligned with client objectives, target audience, and budget parameters.
  • Plan, launch, and monitor digital ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively, optimizing spend to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives, including copywriting, design, and multimedia content.
  • Utilize audience segmentation and targeting techniques to reach the right audience with relevant messaging.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Conduct A/B tests to optimize ad creative, messaging, targeting, and bidding strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital advertising to ensure campaigns remain innovative and competitive.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including account managers, creative teams, and data analysts, to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with client goals.

Requirements:

  • 3 or more years of experience in digital advertising, with a track record of managing successful campaigns across various platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc. as well other ad buying platforms like Eskimi and Opera
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in ad management tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering
  •  measurable results and driving business growth.
  • Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
