Position Overview

  • We are seeking a talented Digital and Traditional Marketer with extensive experience in real estate and property sales, particularly in marketing luxury buildings. 
  • The ideal candidate will be a creative, tech-savvy communicator who excels at crafting compelling marketing campaigns across various platforms. 
  • This role requires a collaborative team player with a deep understanding of both digital and traditional marketing strategies, as well as strong analytical skills to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our luxury real estate offerings through both digital and traditional channels.
  • Create captivating content for websites, social media, newsletters, brochures, and other promotional materials that effectively showcase our properties.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing) to increase online visibility and engagement.
  • Coordinate and execute traditional marketing initiatives such as events, exhibitions, and print advertisements while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences in the luxury real estate sector.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing strategies align with sales objectives and drive conversions.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Maintain the company's online presence, including website updates and social media management.
  • Build and nurture relationships with relevant media outlets and influencers to enhance public relations efforts.

Measurable KPIs

  • Increase in brand awareness and visibility in the luxury real estate market, measured through website traffic and social media engagement.
  • Successful lead generation and conversion rates from marketing campaigns.
  • Performance metrics of digital campaigns based on CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Feedback from clients and team members regarding the quality and effectiveness of marketing materials.
  • Successful execution and attendance metrics for promotional events and exhibitions.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 
  • A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a marketing role within the real estate sector, with a proven track record in marketing luxury properties.
  • Experience with both digital and traditional marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, email campaigns, and print advertising.
  • Familiarity with design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite) and CRM software is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating successful marketing campaigns for luxury real estate.

Competencies:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to craft compelling messages.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, AdWords, social media advertising, etc.).
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A keen understanding of luxury real estate marketing and customer behavior.
