Job Summary
- The Digital Marketer and Content Creator will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- This role requires a creative individual with strong skills in content creation, social media management, SEO, and analytics. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, an eye for design, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality content for various platforms including blog posts, social media, emails, videos, and more. Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Social Media Management: Create, curate, and schedule content across all social media platforms. Engage with followers, monitor conversations, and grow social media presence.
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, etc.). Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies with overall marketing goals.
- SEO & Analytics: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content for search engines, and analyze web traffic metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to improve digital marketing performance.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in the brand's tone and style across all digital content. Ensure that all content reflects the brand's values and resonates with the target audience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design team, sales team, and other stakeholders to create cohesive marketing strategies and content that support business objectives.
- Performance Reporting: Regularly report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and content. Use data-driven insights to refine and improve strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and content creation.
- Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Graphic design experience (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Video production and editing skills.
- Experience with paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
