Citygate Consumer Credits (3C) is a product of Citygate Global, a registered money lending company with Head Office in Lagos. The product was designed to take care of personal need of professionals (salary earners) and small scale businesses especially those that lack access to credit facilities from our financial institutions. We have minimum processing period of 24hrs depending on how soon our customer is able to finish the documentation aspect, as soon as documentation is completed, availment follows through issuance of cheque or Instant transfer or RTGS depending on customers’ preference.

Job Summary

  • As a Digital Marketer/ Social Media Manager - You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our company's websites and web applications. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to create user-friendly, visually appealing, and responsive web experiences that align with our business goals and user needs.
  • You will work with various web technologies and programming languages to build and optimize web solutions that enhance our online presence and user engagement.
  • You will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing compelling content across various social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engage the target audience, and drive meaningful interactions.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, strong communication skills, and the ability to analyze data to optimize performance.

Responsibilities

  • Website Development: Design and develop visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites that align with the company's branding and goals.
  • Front-End Development: Implement designs into interactive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring optimal performance and cross-browser compatibility.
  • User Experience (UX) Design: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences, considering user flows, interactions, and interface design.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
  • Content Creation: Create and curate engaging and relevant content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, tailored to different social media platforms.
  • Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely delivery of content that resonates with the audience.
  • Platform Management: Manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn
  • Web Security: Implement security best practices to protect websites and user

Qualifications

  • High Proficiency in Digital Marketing & Social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • Degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
  • 2-3 Working Experience in Similar Role.
