About the Role

  • We’re hiring a Digital Marketing & Community Engagement Intern at Ikeja, Lagos.
  • The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and skilled at developing engaging social media content that aligns with brand goals and connects with audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Manage and grow our online community, driving engagement and fostering brand loyalty.
  • Design and produce visually appealing graphics for social media, ads, and other digital content.
  • Plan, schedule, and post content consistently across all platforms.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 1 - 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Proven experience managing digital ads and online communities.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Strong grasp of analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills.
