Job Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Optimize website content and structure to enhance search engine visibility and drive organic traffic.
Content Marketing:
- Create engaging and relevant content for our businesses online presence, including blog posts, articles, and social media content.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and optimize The Palms Hotel's social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Email Marketing:
- Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns to engage and retain guests, as well as promote special offers.
Paid Advertising (PPC):
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads to drive targeted traffic and bookings.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics to track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Continuously optimize website elements and user flows to improve conversion rates for online bookings.
Web Design Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the web design team to ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions.
- Marketing Automation:
- Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance guest communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience in optimizing websites for search engines.
- Proficient in using social media platforms for business and demonstrated success in social media management.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and crafting effective email campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of PPC advertising, including campaign setup, optimization, and budget management.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics.
- Creative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Graphic design skills for basic marketing materials are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
