Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience in planning and running campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively convey ideas through visual elements.

Responsibilities:
Graphics Design:
- Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, website banners, email campaigns, and more.
- Develop and design marketing collateral such as infographics, presentations, and advertisements.
- Ensure all design elements align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the client's message.
Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Utilize your design expertise to enhance the visual impact of campaigns and optimize user experience.
Social Media Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Implement effective strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions across social media channels.
Content Creation:
- Generate creative and engaging content for various digital platforms, incorporating graphics to enhance storytelling and brand messaging.
- Stay abreast of design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of digital assets.
Analytics and Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, using data insights to refine and optimize design elements for better results.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and implement them to improve overall campaign effectiveness.
