JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead the development, implementation, and management of social media strategies to expand reach and grow Wootlab’s followership and engagement.
- Collect and maintain a deep understanding of social metrics, providing monthly and post-campaign analysis.
- Collaborate with team members to create and curate high-quality and engaging social media content, blogs, articles, and other online content, including text, images, videos, and interactive elements. Ensure all messaging aligns with key organizational strategies and maintains a strong online company voice.
- Define and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics including website traffic, engagement and conversions to track the success of digital media campaigns, making adjustments for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business development, software engineering, and programs teams, to align digital media efforts with overall marketing strategies and ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Lead the documentation of events/ programs affiliated with Wootlab and curate into social media content to be shared across social media platforms.
- Develop working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and partners to gather additional nuances and information necessary to produce comprehensive communications materials.
- Conceptualise, plan, and produce high-quality documentaries or docuseries that showcase the organization’s growth.
- Highlight success stories, challenges overcome, and the overall positive impact of all projects executed by the organization, working with the relevant team to capture the stories and lessons learned.
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of the media strategy and adjust tactics as needed based on feedback and results.
- Promote and ensure compliance with internal and external communications standards, guidelines, processes, and protocols, including branding and marking.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years experience in digital media management, communications or a related field
- Excellent understanding of digital media platforms and analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an action-oriented, cross-functional environment
- Experience in effective management of online platforms and content development
- Strong conceptual thinking to create relevant advocacy materials for projects and activities with innovative elements.

- Demonstrated expertise in community participation and communications, as well as the capacity to effectively position and promote causes.
- Proven writing, editing and language skills, and an ability to convey complex ideas in a concise, clear, direct, and lively style.
