Job Summary
- We're seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy E-commerce Coordinator to assist in managing our online store operations.
- The successful candidate will ensure seamless day-to-day e-commerce activities, optimize customer experience, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management: Process and fulfil orders efficiently and resolve order discrepancies and customer complaints
- Inventory Management: Monitor and update product inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking
- Product Management: Create and maintain accurate product listings and optimize product images and descriptions.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and resolve customer issues promptly
- Marketing and Promotions: Assist in planning and executing online promotions and coordinate social media content
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor sales, website traffic, and customer engagement metrics and provide insights for business improvement
- Website Maintenance: Ensure website updates and maintenance, and troubleshoot technical issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of e-commerce experience
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Proficient in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento)
- Familiarity with payment gateways and shipping integrations.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with social media management tools
- Graphic design skills
- Familiarity with email marketing software.
