Job Summary
- The E-commerce Manager will oversee the company’s online retail operations, driving digital sales growth, optimizing the online customer journey, and tailoring e-commerce strategies to Nigeria’s unique market conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the e-commerce strategy for the Nigerian market.
- Oversee website performance, ensuring mobile-friendliness and fast load times.
- Manage product catalog, pricing, promotions, and merchandising.
- Drive online marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social, email, affiliate) tailored to Nigerian consumers.
- Manage order fulfillment, logistics, and customer service in line with local infrastructure realities.
- Track KPIs, sales performance, and ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 – 7 years e-commerce experience, with at least 3 in management.
- Proven track record in driving online sales in Nigeria.
- Strong knowledge of local payment systems, logistics, and consumer behaviors.
