Responsibilities
- Manage the Executive's calendar and schedule, prioritizing appointments and meetings effectively.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering materials, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Receives incoming communications, correspondence, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Arrange travel and accommodation plans
- Act as a liaison between the Executive and other executives, employees, and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement a strategic social media plan for the Executive Vice Chairman, aligning with the company's overall brand.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Monitor social media conversations and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make adjustments as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with individuals at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Experience with social media marketing and content creation.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good Communication and presentation skills.
