What you’ll be doing
- As an intern in the Fiat Operations Team, your primary focus will be on assisting and learning from various aspects of our operations. Your responsibilities will include providing support to our customer success team, actively participating in brainstorming sessions, and contributing to the overall enhancement of our fiat products under the guidance of experienced professionals.
- You will work closely with customer support teams to gain insights into customer interactions and identify potential areas for improvement. During brainstorming sessions, your role will be to contribute ideas and learn from the creative process of product enhancement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will assist in translating these ideas into actionable plans aligned with our product development goals.
- A significant part of your learning experience will involve data-driven decision-making. You will have the opportunity to analyze relevant data, under supervision, to gain insights into customer behavior, preferences, and market trends. Your contributions will play a supportive role in formulating strategies to optimize the performance and features of our fiat products.
- Additionally, you will actively participate in specific projects within the Fiat Operations Team, gaining exposure to various aspects of product development, customer support, and operational processes. This internship is designed to provide you with a well-rounded learning experience, allowing you to contribute and learn from the team's objectives while developing valuable skills in the financial and crypto space.

What your day-to-day looks like
- Sync with your team lead on the direction for the week/day.
- Brainstorm with the team to come up with cool ideas.
- Support Customer Success team in understanding and addressing customer requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to put checks in place to prevent losses.
- Join in an argument about some random stuff.
What you need to have
- 0-1 year experience in customer success, ideally in the FinTech space.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Be obsessed with data and building products.
