Job Description/Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and  communication strategies aligned with the bank's overall goals and objectives.
  • Drive brand awareness and loyalty through creative campaigns, consistent messaging, and innovative approaches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and deliver measurable results.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Oversee the product marketing team's efforts, ensuring effective positioning, promotion, and communication of banking products and services.
  • Craft and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with target audiences and reflects the bank's values and mission.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to adapt and refine branding strategies as needed.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive communications plan, encompassing both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content for various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
  • Drive the bank's digital marketing initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies and platforms to enhance customer engagement and acquisition.
  • Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to implement innovative marketing technologies and tools.
  • Lead the development and execution of strategic product marketing plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers to launch new products and services successfully, ensuring effective positioning, messaging, and promotion.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing and communication efforts.
  • Regularly analyze campaign results and market trends, providing insights to the leadership team and recommending adjustments as necessary.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, product teams, and other business units.
  • Represent the bank at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance its market presence and influence.

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive brand growth and customer engagement.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse team of professionals.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for various audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-oriented environment
  • First degree in a related field
  • Advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in journalism, political science, communications, marketing or a related field)
