Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan, implement and monitor marketing campaigns across various digital channels and web analytics tools, including but not limited to the website, blog, outbound emails, social media channels and paid ads
- Manage the content strategy and creation for the website, blog, and social media platforms, including the analysis of consumer behaviour and determining customer personas
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and domain hosting industry
- Develop brand strategy and execution roadmap for the Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative teams.
- Monitor and ensure corporate brand integrity across all product segments, platforms (internal & external) and communication channels.
- Attend to the administration of your team which includes; preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department, setting, monitoring and reporting on team goals, amongst others
- Ensure the WGH brand messaging is authentic and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (such as activation events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share, and coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
Person Specification & Additional Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Marketing or relevant field
- Previous work experience as a Marketing lead at a tech organisation or marketing agency with a minimum of 5 years experience
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing
- Proficiency in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords and CRM tools, such as HubSpot
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Creative, strategic, and analytical mindset
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand business strategy, work across business units and support managers and manage working relationships at all levels of the company.
