Job Summary:

  • The Head of Fixed Line Business will drive customer acquisition, and retention, and achieve revenue targets for the Fixed Line retail business, utilizing FTTx and WTTx technologies. This role encompasses the management of all Spectranet business locations, with a strong focus on direct sales and relationship management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual customer acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Oversee the direct sales team’s activities to ensure lead generation, cold calling, and effective funnel management.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of over 10 Direct Sales Executives (DSEs), ensuring performance meets business goals.
  • Facilitate periodic training sessions to enhance the team’s sales effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with existing customers, focusing on churn reduction and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely installations and post-sales support.
  • Formulate and implement quarterly and annual business plans to drive growth in the Fixed Line segment.
  • Develop relationships with decision-makers to negotiate and close B2B contracts.
  • Monitor and improve customer experience metrics, ensuring issues are promptly resolved.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline and accurate reports, analyzing sales data to inform strategic adjustments.

Job Skills & Qualification:

  • 12-15 years of experience in telecommunications, with direct experience in B2C sales and team leadership within a 4G LTE and FTTx environment.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably with a technical background (Engineering or related field).
  • Demonstrable experience in telecoms, specifically with FTTx and WTTx technologies.
  • Previous roles in ISP, Telecommunications, or IT service provider environments with a proven track record in direct sales.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, particularly in B2B sales settings.
  • Experience managing relationships with CXO-level clients and HNW individuals.
