We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an IT and Administrative Coordinator. This role requires a versatile professional capable of seamlessly blending IT expertise with administrative responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

 IT Support:

  •   Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  •   Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems for employees.
  •   Install and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
  •   Implement and enforce IT security protocols.
  • Social media support

Administrative Functions:

  •   Assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks to maintain a well-organized office environment.
  •   Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  •   Manage communication channels, including emails and phone calls.
  •   Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.

Collaboration:

  •   Work closely with various departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  •   Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and streamlined workflows.

Technology Enhancement:

  •   Stay updated on the latest IT trends and recommend technological advancements to improve efficiency.
  •   Identify opportunities to implement new technologies for enhanced productivity.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  •   Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

  •   Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  •   Knowledge of network configurations and protocols.
  •   Familiarity with IT security best practices.

Administrative Skills:

  •   Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  •   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  •   Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.

Experience:

  •   Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
