Job Description
- The IT Officer will be responsible for managing, troubleshooting, and upgrading our IT systems and networks.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Ensure network security and data integrity through regular updates and backups.
- Collaborate with team members to support IT projects and implementations.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT documentation.
- Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role.
- 2-3 Years Experience as an IT Personnel
- Proficiency in network management, hardware troubleshooting, and system administration.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, backup procedures, and disaster recovery. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-service orientation.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar) are a plus.
