We\'re seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, providing technical support, and implementing IT solutions to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- IT System Administration: Administer and maintain IT systems, including servers, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Network Management: Ensure the stability and security of our network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Software Management: Install, configure, and update software applications, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements.
- Cybersecurity: Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect against threats, vulnerabilities, and data breaches.
- Data Backup and Recovery: Develop and implement data backup and recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.
- IT Projects: Participate in IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT documentation, including system configurations, user guides, and technical notes.
- Compliance: Ensure IT systems and processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor\'s Degree: In Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certifications.
- IT Experience: 2+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows, Linux, and network operating systems, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
