Responsibilities

  • Enabled Solutions is seeking to recruit an experienced IT Product Manager to oversee the development and management of our product portfolio within the oil and gas industry.
  • This role is critical in ensuring our products meet customer needs while aligning with regulatory standards and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Life-cycle Management: Oversee the entire life-cycle of products from ideation through development, launch, and post-launch performance evaluation.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Analyze data to inform product strategy and decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure product alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement product strategies that enhance profitability and market share. Create business cases for new product initiatives and present to senior management.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure product offerings are tailored to meet those needs.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products comply with industry regulations and standards, and manage any necessary certifications.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and analytics to drive product decisions, track performance, and measure success. Implement changes based on data insights and user feedback.

General Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in product management or IT are a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on IT products or technology solutions.
  • Experience in managing complex IT projects is preferred., preferably within the oil and gas sector.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, software development processes, and technical architecture. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Must have experience leading a team, and can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proven ability to analyze market data and translate findings into actionable product strategies.
  • Verifiable and proven experience for web, app, and other online product launches is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • Deep understanding of user needs and experience in incorporating user feedback into product development.
  • Must have above-average Social Media Management Skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to engage with customers and stakeholders.
