Responsibilties
Service Delivery:
- Ensure timely and effective delivery of IT services.
- Manage IT service desk operations, including incident management and request fulfillment.
- Develop and implement IT service level agreements (SLAs).
IT Operations
- Oversee IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
- Ensure IT systems are secure, reliable, and meet business requirements.
- Manage IT vendors and suppliers.
IT Projects:
- Manage IT projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Coordinate IT project resources, including personnel, budget, and timeline.
- Ensure IT projects meet business objectives and requirements.
IT Service Management
- Develop and implement IT service management processes, including ITIL.
- Ensure IT services align with business objectives and requirements.
- Continuously improve IT service quality and delivery.
Team Management:
- Lead and manage IT teams, including IT engineers, technicians, and analysts.
- Develop and implement IT training and development programs.
- Manage IT personnel, including performance management and conflict resolution.
Budgeting and Cost Control:
- Manage IT budgets, including forecasting and cost estimation.
- Control IT costs, including hardware, software, and personnel expenses.
Communication and Stakeholder Management
- Communicate IT plans, progress, and issues to stakeholders.
- Build relationships with business stakeholders to understand IT requirements.
- Ensure IT services meet business needs and expectations.
- The IT Services Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services that meet business objectives and requirements.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in any relevant field with 4-8 years work experience.
