The Information & Tech Personnel will collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the restaurant's point-of-sale systems, reservation software, and other technology platforms.
Collaborate with management and staff to identify technology needs and implement solutions accordingly.
Provide technical support and training to restaurant staff as needed.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary updates and repairs.
Ensure data security and privacy protocols are in place and followed.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in restaurant technology.
Work closely with external tech support vendors when necessary.
Assist in the implementation of new technology initiatives and upgrades.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience in restaurant technology management.
Strong knowledge of point-of-sale systems, reservation software, and other restaurant-related technology.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
