Job Summary
- The IT Officer will manage and support the organization's technology infrastructure, ensuring efficient operation of all systems and services.
- Responsibilities include troubleshooting, system maintenance, IT infrastructure management, and supporting staff with technology needs.
Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide first-line support for hardware/software issues, troubleshoot, and document solutions.
- System & Network Maintenance: Monitor and maintain IT systems, and perform updates, backups, and security checks.
- IT Infrastructure Management: Manage user accounts, and network devices, and ensure security of systems and infrastructure.
- Software & Application Management: Assist with software deployment, and updates, and ensure application compatibility.
- Training & Documentation: Train staff and develop technical documentation.
- Project & Vendor Coordination: Participate in IT projects, liaise with vendors, and manage the property management system (PMS).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT support.
- Proficiency with Windows, MacOS, Linux, networking protocols, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Experience with cloud platforms and ERPs.
- Experience in CCTV installation and monitoring
- COMPTIA or any other certification is an added advantage.
