We provide technical supervision to our local partner companies.

Key Responsibilities
System Maintenance and Monitoring:

  • Assist in the daily monitoring of systems and other IT infrastructure.
  • Perform routine system checks and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal operation.

User Support:

  • Provide first-line support to end-users for IT-related issues, resolving technical problems and answering queries.
  • Escalate complex issues to management team members when necessary.

Software and Hardware Management:

  • Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of hardware components including desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.

Security and Backup:

  • Implement and monitor security measures to protect IT systems and data from breaches or attacks.
  • Perform regular data backups and ensure disaster recovery processes are in place.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of system configurations, changes, and incidents.
  • Generate IT assets reports and regular updates.
  • Track all IT related requisition expenses for optimal spend.

Compliance and Best Practices:

  • Adhere to IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to suggest improvements.

Project Assistance:

  • Support IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and new installations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
  • Certifications: Any related additional certification are advantageous.
