Leveraging more than a decade of experience, the company was formed by the divestment of the telecommunications services division of Telnet Nigeria Limited and has been in operation for many years. ipNX currently provides a range of communications and IT services to Corporate organizations within Nigeria on its IP (Internet Protocol) based communications network using both radio and satellite communications technologies. Purpose of the Job
- The Marketing & Communications Lead is responsible for the execution of the company's overall long-term marketing strategy and initiatives.
- Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications, he/she will be accountable for the development and successful implementation of all marketing research, campaign plans/programs, branding & product positioning, and product & sales support strategies, while also strongly maintaining key industry & public relations as well as internal engagement.
- The role is specific to the group master brand and sub-business brands.

- Revenue and Equity
- Tailor marketing strategies across all relevant media to support the company's business objectives
- Devise creative marketing strategies to increase margin and revenue
- Implement tactics with sales and product management teams to maximize profit and increase market share while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Lead brand positioning, service marketing strategies, and corporate brand enhancement initiatives
- Manage consultancies and creative partners for on-brand, disruptive, sticky content
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns (above, below, and through the line) for product credibility

- Enhance company and product positioning, messaging, and marketing presentations
- Supervise social media accounts for inspiring, original, and engaging content
- Manage branding processes for assets like stationery, signage, billboards, etc.

- Organize events such as product launches, exhibitions, and photo shoots

- Develop, edit, and produce communications for various audience segments
- Review and edit communications for consistent tone of voice
- Edit, design, and print internal publications with creative execution teams

- Enforce a consistent brand voice
- Write compelling narratives for events, products, and services
- Publish content on the company website and blog
- Develop quarterly newsletter

- Develop a corporate responsibility and sustainability strategy aligned with the brand
- Expand CSR framework to include employees

Key Competencies
Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills:
- BA / B.Sc. / HND in Advertising, Mass Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or Marketing
- Professional qualification from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations or the Chartered Institute of Marketing
- Masters’ degree in the relevant field is an added advantage
- Minimum 5 years proven work experience in marketing and corporate communications
- Understanding of good media communications within a large organization
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Strong communication, documentation, presentation, and speaking skills
