The founder’s vision to impact on the society and leave a legacy in the areas of transportation, construction and real estate led to the establishment of Juremi Group. Today, Juremi Group is a success story built on shared values and ambition. Based on the vision of the company to diversify its business; it has now established construction and real estate companies. For almost 4 years, Juremi Group has been reinforcing its presence in Federal Capital Territory (FCT-Abuja), expanding its in-house expertise and enlarging its scope of transportation, construction and real estate services.

We are seeking a seasoned Media Strategist with substantial experience in the media space, including traditional media channels such as TV, radio, digital marketing and print. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of developing and executing successful media strategies that drive brand awareness and achieve marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research and Audience Analysis:

  • Conduct comprehensive research to understand target audiences’ demographics, behaviors, and preferences across various media channels.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic media planning.

Strategy Development:

  • Develop robust media strategies that align with organizational marketing objectives.
  • Create detailed media plans outlining the selection of media channels, budget allocation, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Media Planning and Buying:

  • Identify and select the most effective traditional media platforms (e.g., TV, radio, print) for campaign placement.
  • Negotiate rates and placements with media vendors to secure the best value and exposure.

Campaign Management and Execution:

  • Oversee the implementation of media campaigns, ensuring timely launch and adherence to strategic plans.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to ensure content aligns with the overall media strategy.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant analytics tools.
  • Optimize media campaigns based on performance data to improve effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).

Client Communication and Reporting:

  • Provide regular updates to clients or stakeholders on campaign progress and performance.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and insights derived from campaign analytics.

Budget Management:

  • Manage and allocate the media budget efficiently to maximize campaign impact.
  • Track and report on media expenditures to ensure they remain within budget.

Trend Monitoring and Innovation:

  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the media industry.
  • Explore new and emerging media opportunities to keep campaigns innovative and effective.

Compliance and Ethical Standards:

  • Ensure all media strategies and campaigns comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards.
  • Maintain transparency and integrity in all media dealings and client communications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful media campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with media analytics tools and software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an agency environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and integrated media campaigns.
