Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Support Officer. This role is designed for someone eager to start their career in finance and operations within a dynamic and supportive environment. You will assist in the implementation, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business goals.
Key Elements of the Role
- Reports to ERP Implementation Manager
- Provide support for system users by troubleshooting issues and answering queries.
- Participate in the implementation of D365 F&O solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.
- Provide support for call logs, assign call to team members
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding project status and issues.
- One-point contact between business team and end users
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they effectively use the system.
- Provide administrative support
Desired Skills & Experience
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or HND in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field,
- 1-2 years’ work experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Support role
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or other ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Training in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O is an added advantage
