Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Practice by developing a deep understanding of partner's strategies, offerings, GTM model, and incentive programs.
  • Provide technical leadership in designing Microsoft-based solutions, including Azure, security, business apps and infrastructure.
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate Microsoft technologies and platforms.
  • Define service offerings, methodologies, and best practices related to Microsoft technologies.
  • Grow and maintain relationships with Microsoft PDMs and commercial teams on the value of the partnership and engagement, staying up-to-date on the latest product releases and industry trends
  • Lead in the delivery of Microsoft commercial marketplace transactions and lead generation efforts.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of projects, including project planning, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
  • Support all marketing needs for all Microsoft marketplace channels including working collaboratively with Marketing, Operations and Business Development to develop marketing cadence and campaigns, videos, and images.
  • Support the development and delivery of customer-ready high-quality, compliant, and responsive bid including technical architecture of Microsoft projects.
  • Tracking & reporting includes regular communication to the team and key stakeholders to provide status and update on critical efforts.
  • Stay informed about the latest Microsoft technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.

Qualification

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years’ experience in similar role
  • Experience with Microsoft enterprise technologies such as Cloud, Security, Business Applications, and Infrastructure
  • Should have good exposure to Microsoft Business Applications and Modern workplace (D365 CRM/ERP & Office 365 SharePoint, Power Platform).
  • Must have exp in presales, solution, RFI/RFP response, and negotiation skills.
  • Resilient, with a Growth Mindset, able to lead conversations that identify strategic and value messaging.
  • Hands on experience in a Consulting organization
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines across multiple time zones and proactively manage deliverables with minimal supervision.
  • High level collaboration with demonstrated ability working on multiple teams in large or complex environments such as multi time zones and geographies on deadline-driven schedules.
  • Experience in proposal development and technical architecting
  • Analytical, problem-solving, Strong organizational, communication and follow-up skills
  • Marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience.
